so, my detox finally officially started yesterday. i'd say so far the hardest part is feeling satisfied. i actually made a really delicious stir fry last night for dinner, but obviously it didn't have any meat or cheese so... i had really terrible meat/cheese cravings.
i bought a ton of the cheapest veggies i could find so i ended up buying a shit ton of green beans because they looked so cute and were dirt cheap. unfortunately, i ended up eating around them in my stir fry...
so far, it's been a struggle and i feel a little bit like i am in voluntary jail. here's to hoping it gets easier!
