new style icon?

let me preface this by saying how much i love dakota fanning now that she's not a child actor. when she was like six and in every single movie and making more than cameron diaz, i was a little bit annoyed. but i am actually just realizing that it's because she is so naturally gifted, seriously.

not long ago i saw her younger sister, elle (now 12years), in phoebe in wonderland, where she played a young girl with tourettes. then only ten, i could not even believe how amazing elle fanning was in the role. it was actually scary how good she was. so is it really so surprising that she would have an amazing sense of style? she clearly has a strong sense of self for someone so young.
