starting my detox week tomorrow. i put it off for too long and i have been taking really terrible care of myself, so i really have no other choice but to do it asap!
things i will be cutting out for the next week: -milk -probably all meat -eggs -butter -bread -snacks -booze -salt -processed foods, salad dressing -pop
should be...about as much fun as hanging out with gwyneth paltrow
