I had a little glue gun, and I used to glue rhinestone studs, sequins, mirrors. The disco bra from the ‘Just Dance’ video I made with my own two hands. So I bought this [Birkin], I carried it, and then I saw stuff on the Internet like ‘Oh, Gaga holding a Birkin getting on a private plane — so much for hating money.’ So here is the irony: the most classic and iconic bag on the planet, but my fans don’t relate to it because it represents something they don’t have. so today im being lazy and watching watchmen and thinking about what i would do if i could have the ideal halloween costume
obviously i would love to be silk spectre, but the more i think about it, i am kind of obsessed with the women of comic books/comic cartoons starting back to the days when i would watch batman the animated series religiously.

so let's talk about some of my favorite leo-clad ladies, right now with the huge pants-less trend a la lady gaga and all the leather happening this season, what better time to embrace your inner super heroine/villainess?

WONDER WOMAN
okay so this kind of seems like an easy pick, but the movie came out around my birthday this year, with keri russell as the voice of diana herself, and i have to say it is BADASS.

HAWKGIRL
definitely the best justice league-er, definitely a fun contrast to wonder woman's self righteousness in the show. she's down to earth and really gritty... did i mention how much i miss that show?

HARLEY QUINN
first appeared in the batman animated series and eventually got her own comic book because she's freakin crazy... crazy awesome. so her weird codependency issues with the joker are kind of sad, but she was always my favorite character in the cartoon.

so there are about 80 million more i could list here, but these are my longest standing favorites. i mean, you never forget your first loves.
